What counts as a qualified lead

A qualified lead is a real, reachable person requesting a listed service inside your agreed service area who is not a vendor, job seeker, duplicate, or spam submission. Each lead is sent to one contractor only.

Rejection rights

You may reject any lead that is outside your area, requests the wrong service, has invalid contact details, is a duplicate, or is not a genuine service request. A rejection needs a stated reason. Rejected leads are not billed and do not consume trial credits.

Trial and billing

New participating contractors receive a stated number of free qualified leads. Nothing is billed until you agree in writing to a per-lead price after your trial. There are no contracts, minimums, or monthly fees unless separately agreed.

What payment does not buy

Payment never changes our editorial content, research conclusions, or directory ratings. Featured placement, where offered, is labeled as such.
